Drinking water is one of the best ways to get rid of harmful toxins from your body, however, drinking plain water may not sound an attractive option for many people like me.
6 to 8 glasses of water every day keeps you hydrated as well as lets your vital organs be in their best possible health.
If drinking plain water is your problem, you may need to add some stuff in it to make it more desirable. Though, I drink 12 to 15 glasses of water daily, at times, I feel like drinking flavoured one, so here are some quick Lemon Detox water recipes I often try which result as increased metabolism.
1- The simplest one first; Squeeze a lemon in 1 liter of water and start drinking. This water can be kept for 8 hour out of refrigerator.
2- Add half a teaspoon of honey in the above recipe to make it a bit sweeter, if you don’t like bitterness much.
3- Add few slices of grape fruit in the recipe no 1 .
4- Add few mint leaves in the recipe no 1.
5- Add few slices of cucumber in the recipe no 1.
Detox waters have become very popular and there can be hundreds of recipes. The above five are the ones I tried myself and love them.
